Pumpkin Pie Smoothie


Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana (peeled first before freezing)
  • 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt (can use traditional or Greek)            
  • ½ c. milk (options to use include milk, almond milk – unsweetened or flavored, soy milk, coconut milk, or supplement)
  • 1/3 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1/8 t. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1-2 t. pure maple syrup
Cooking Steps:

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Makes 1 serving.
