Ryan Gainor, a Rhode Island native, is an Associate with Hinckley Allen’s litigation group where he focuses on commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. A survivor of Stage IV tongue cancer who was diagnosed at age 30, Ryan underwent an aggressive treatment plan and after months of treatment, was revealed to be cancer-free. “My cancer journey is not a sad story. I still struggle some days, and the months after my diagnosis were the most trying, difficult, and painful of my life. But my medical team was amazing. My community took care of me. And upon reflection, I have fond memories of the strong friendships I have and the power of family.” Ryan and his wife live in Rhode Island where he practices law and also serves as an Ambassador for the Head & Neck Cancer Alliance as well as serving on its Board of Directors.
