Emily joined the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance in late 2022. She brings more than a decade of marketing experience spanning destination marketing, small business development, and nonprofit outreach.
Her career began in Texas with the Heritage Trails tourism program and continued as Director of Marketing for a city in Oklahoma. Later, she founded her own freelance marketing company, supporting small businesses with services in social media, content creation, email campaigns, graphic design, website management, and marketing strategy.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Liberty University and a Master’s in International Business Management from Edinburgh Napier University in Scotland.
She now lives in the Oklahoma City area, where she enjoys hiking with her dog, Brutus, spending time with family, reading, and traveling. She’s also a self-described sci-fi and fantasy enthusiast who appreciates a good video game or story-driven world.
At the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance, Emily is proud to use her marketing skills to make a meaningful impact. She believes in the power of communication and connection to bring hope, awareness, and support to people affected by head and neck cancer.
