Peppermint Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana (peeled first before freezing)
- 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt (can use traditional or Greek)
- ½ c. milk (options to use include milk, almond milk – unsweetened or flavored, soy milk, coconut milk, or supplement)
- 1 T. almond butter
- ½ t. peppermint extract
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Makes 1 serving.
