Cranberry Smoothie

  • 1 frozen banana (peeled first before freezing)
  • 1/3 c. vanilla yogurt (can use traditional or Greek)            
  • 1 c. milk (options to use include milk, almond milk – unsweetened or flavored, soy milk, coconut milk, or supplement)
  • 1 c. frozen fresh cranberries
  • 1 t. vanilla extract

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  Makes 1 serving.
