Special note from recipe creator, Thad Lurie :
“This shake was one of my go-to recipes while I was in my more drinking-capable stages of treatment and recovery. It’s probably too thick for those that are having real difficulty swallowing, but if you can drink it, it’s incredibly nutrient-dense and easy to make, and when in treatment we need all the good calories we can get. You can thin it out by substituting coconut water for the protein nut milk, as well.”
Nutritional Analysis:
990 calories, 80g protein
