The Naval Medical Center San Diego (Balboa) Head and Neck resident and OMFS resident team will be participating in a free head and neck cancer screening event at this year’s Miramar Air Show from Friday 9/26-9/27. We will be identifying and screening reserve and active duty service members, military dependents, and veterans for early signs of head and neck cancer. Participants will have their information collected for referral to our ENT clinic at Balboa, where they can receive continued care and further diagnostic workup if needed.
