Join IU School of Medicine faculty and students on Saturday, October 24 at the YMCA of Morgan County for a free head and neck cancer screening.

The screening is a quick check of the mouth, throat, and neck for lumps, sores, or other changes that could be signs of cancer. Finding these changes early can make cancer easier to treat.

Screening may be especially important for people who smoke or use tobacco, drink alcohol often, or have had certain infections.
