The Cassidy Otto Stomp Out Cancer Foundation is a nonprofit organization with the belief that community is stronger than cancer. We are committed to fundraise for cancer research and cancer patients, strengthen our community, inspire hope, and celebrate lives. Moffitt Cancer Center’s Department of Head and Neck-Endocrine Oncology will be providing free head and neck cancer screenings.
