Indiana
 The Indiana Chapter of the Head and Neck Cancer Alliance was founded in 2010. The current officers are Michael Moore (President and HNCA National Board Member), Chad Galer (Secretary), and Michael Harris (Treasurer). In 2011, the Chapter hosted three main screening events.  The first was held at Wishard Medical Center in Indianapolis, a county hospital that focuses on the underserved. They also provided free screenings at an Indianapolis Indians Minor League Baseball game. Brent Oakes, a 33 year-old head and neck cancer survivor threw out the first pitch at the event. The Indiana Chapter had its third annual screening at the Brickyard 400 NASCAR event. At this three-day event, 459 people were screened and provided education on early detection and prevention of head and neck cancer.
